Orders placed by the last order date should arrive before Christmas, if being delivered to a standard delivery area. If you live in a 'harder to reach' area please, please allow an extra 2-3 days for your parcel to arrive.
Potential Delays
Any dates provided are our best estimates, however, unfortunately we can't guarantee delivery dates and further delays are possible at this time of year, especially if there is any disruption on the roads or due to high demand. To avoid disappointment, we recommend placing your order as soon as possible.
Normal Next Day service resumes: 2nd January 2026
DPD will be operating as normal everyday except bank holidays but, please be advised, due to limited service between Christmas/New Year we and our courier partners may experience a backlog of orders to complete. We aim to get as many orders packed and shipped as quickly as we possibly can, but to avoid disappointment we recommend placing your order as soon as possible.
Repeat Subscription Orders
Repeat subscription orders are subject to the same cut-off dates listed above. If you have a repeat subscription order that is due to be placed around this time, we recommend bringing your subscription date forward so that it is before the cut-off date, otherwise your order may be delayed.
