Q: I've paid for an order that's been confirmed with a unique order number - how do I track it?
Answer:
You will normally receive an email with tracking information once your order has departed our warehouse. Please allow 2-3 working days from the date of notice, for your order to reach you. In our Help Centre, check back to our Important Information & Announcements section here for updates.
The best way to track your order's transit is to download the respective courier's mobile app. The most up to date information is available using this service.
