With our subscription portal, you have the flexibility to reschedule your upcoming order at any time before it is processed. This allows you to adjust your subscription schedule to meet your changing needs and preferences.
To change the date of your upcoming order:
- Access the subscription portal
- The first page you arrive at should show your upcoming order. Otherwise, you can find this by clicking/tapping "View your next order"
On a computer/laptop: you'll find this on the right-hand side of the page
On a mobile/tablet: you'll find this towards the bottom of the page - Click/tap on the 'Reschedule' button at the top of the page
- You can choose to delay your order by 1-2 weeks, or select a specific date for it to be processed. It's important to keep in mind that the date you choose will be when payment is taken, not the arrival date of the order. Typically, delivery will occur within 2-3 days following the processing date.
- Once you are happy with your selected date, click/tap on 'Save Changes' to complete the change. You will be redirected to the upcoming order screen, and your new chosen date will be confirmed at the top of the page.
