Determining the ideal frequency for receiving an item can be challenging, but there's no need to worry. With our subscription portal, you can adjust the frequency of your orders at any time to better meet your needs. Whether you find yourself receiving an item too frequently or not frequently enough, it's a straightforward process to make changes to your subscription settings.

To minimise environmental impact and reduce delivery charges, we recommend combining items to arrive on the same date whenever possible.
To change the subscription frequency of an item:
- Access the subscription portal
- Select the "Manage subscriptions" option
On a computer/laptop: you'll find this on the right-hand side of the page
On a mobile/tablet: you'll find this towards the bottom of the page - Select the item you'd like to change
- Look for the option that says "You get [quantity] of these [every X often]" and adjust the drop-down to select a new frequency.
- Click/tap on 'save changes' to complete the change.
The page will refresh and you should see the new frequency displayed underneath the name of the item you have changed.
It's important to keep in mind that changes to the item frequency will not automatically change the date of your next order but will affect the dates of future orders.
