With our subscription service, each item that you subscribe to can have its own delivery date and schedule. Items with the same delivery date will normally be combined into a single shipment, minimising the number of deliveries and reducing the associated costs and environmental impact.
If your subscription items have been delivered separately and you would prefer for them to arrive together, please follow these steps:
- Select the "View upcoming orders" option
On a computer/laptop: you'll find this on the right-hand side of the page
On a mobile/tablet: you'll find this towards the bottom of the page -
Locate the items that you would like to have delivered together.
-
Check the delivery dates and frequencies of each item. If they are not set to the same date and/or frequency, adjust the settings accordingly so that they match.
For additional guidance, see:
How do I change the date for a specific item?
How do I change how often I receive an item (order frequency)? -
Once the settings have been updated, your items should be scheduled to arrive together in a single shipment.
Multiple/Duplicate Address Details
If you have set up multiple subscriptions by manually entering your address during the checkout process on different occasions, you may find that you have duplicate addresses saved in your account. This can result in different items being associated with different copies of your address details, meaning that each copy of your address is considered to be a separate delivery.
To avoid this issue and ensure that all of your subscription items are associated with the correct and up-to-date address information, we recommend that you review your subscription address details and merge any duplicate addresses that you find. You can do this by contacting our customer care team, who will be happy to assist you in streamlining your subscription addresses and avoiding any confusion.
Orders split in-transit
In some cases, if you have placed a large order consisting of multiple boxes, it is possible for the delivery to be split in transit. This means that different boxes may arrive separately at different times. While our delivery partners strive to deliver boxes together on the same van whenever possible, this may not always be feasible, particularly during peak volume periods.
If your delivery is split, please rest assured that all of the items you ordered will still be delivered to you as soon as possible. If you have any concerns about the status of your delivery or the timing of its arrival, please don't hesitate to contact our customer care team for assistance. We will do our best to provide you with accurate and up-to-date information about the delivery status of your order.
