Our subscription portal allows you to easily modify the delivery address for upcoming orders at any time.
It's important to note that the instructions provided are specifically for updating the address of upcoming orders that have not yet been placed. If your order has already been processed and payment has been taken, please get in touch with our customer care team for assistance. We will do our best to resolve any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.
To change the delivery address of upcoming subscription orders:
- Access the subscription portal
- Select the "Address & payment details" option
On a computer/laptop: you'll find this on the right-hand side of the page
On a mobile/tablet: you'll find this towards the bottom of the page - Select "manage addresses"
- Select "Edit" next to the address you want to change
- Enter your new address details, and click/tap "Save changes"
Multiple/Duplicate Addresses
If you have set up multiple subscriptions by manually entering your address during the checkout process on different occasions, you may have duplicate addresses saved in your account. Please ensure that each address is updated accordingly, as different subscriptions may be associated with different address details.
You can also contact us to merge your subscription addresses and simplify management going forward. This will ensure that all of your subscriptions are associated with the correct and up-to-date address information and help to avoid any confusion or delays in delivery.
To verify the address change has been applied to your upcoming order(s)
- click/tap on "View upcoming orders"
On a computer/laptop: you'll find this on the right-hand side of the page
On a mobile/tablet: you'll find this towards the bottom of the page - Click/tap on "Edit" next to each order you want to check
- Check the address displayed after "Delivery to: ", which is above the list of products in your order
