Our subscription service provides you with the flexibility to swap products at any time, which can be an excellent way to switch up your pet's flavours and provide them with more variety.
Swapping a product within your subscription is a hassle-free process that doesn't require you to cancel or set up a new subscription. You can easily make the change using our subscription portal, and your delivery and payment settings will remain the same, saving you time and effort.
Swapping a subscription item:
- Access the subscription portal
- Select the "Manage subscriptions" option
On a computer/laptop: you'll find this on the right-hand side of the page
On a mobile/tablet: you'll find this towards the bottom of the page
- Select the item you'd like to change
- Select the "Swap this for a different product" option. You will find this towards the bottom of the page.
- Select the product you'd like to swap to. You can enter a search to find a specific product or browse our full range.
- Select options for the size, quantity and how often you'd like your new item to arrive. You'll be shown the new price before you complete the swap. Once you are happy, click/tap on "Swap product".
- Once you have swapped your item, you will be returned to a page showing your next upcoming order, which will be updated to reflect any changes you have made. If the item you have swapped is not part of your next order, you will find it in the 'Manage subscriptions' section.
Please note that once you have swapped an item within your subscription, the change will apply to all future orders. It's not possible to swap an item for a specific order only. However, you can always revisit the subscription portal in the future to swap the item again if needed.
