If you need to change or add a payment method for your subscriptions, don't worry - it's a quick and easy process using our subscription portal. Here are the steps to follow:
To update your subscription payment method

Access the subscription portal
- Select the "Address & payment details" option
On a computer/laptop: you'll find this on the right-hand side of the page
On a mobile/tablet: you'll find this towards the bottom of the page
- Select "Manage payment methods"
- Click/tap on "Add payment method" or alternatively click/tap on "Edit" next to your existing payment method
- After clicking "Add payment method", a window will pop up where you can enter your billing information.
- Finally, click "Add Payment Method" to save your new billing information.
- Once you have updated your payment details, you may wish to re-visit steps 1-4 to verify that the new details are displayed in the subscription portal.
Please note that any changes you make to your payment method will only apply to future subscription orders.
