If you need to change or add a payment method for your subscriptions, don't worry - it's a quick and easy process using our subscription portal. Here are the steps to follow:
To update your subscription payment method
- Access the subscription portal
- Select the "Address & payment details" option
On a computer/laptop: you'll find this on the right-hand side of the page
On a mobile/tablet: you'll find this towards the bottom of the page
- Select "Manage payment methods"
- Click/tap on "Add payment method" or alternatively click/tap on "Edit" next to your existing payment method
- In order to enter the new card details, a secure link will need to be sent to the email address we have on file. Click/tap on "Send edit payment link" to receive the email.
- Within a couple of minutes, you should receive an email from us with the subject line "Update your payment method for Barking Heads & Meowing Heads." If you don't see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder as it may have been directed there.
We kindly request that you avoid requesting another email, as this may invalidate the link sent in the original email and result in further delays.
Click/tap on the "confirm payment information" button in the email and follow the steps to enter your new payment details. - Once you have updated your payment details, you may wish to re-visit steps 1-4 to verify that the new details are displayed in the subscription portal.
Please note that any changes you make to your payment method will only apply to future subscription orders.
